About us!
Hey World. Welcome to 2012-2013 in Bobcat Country!
We are a class of grade 6 students in Burford, Ontario, Canada. Our community is deeply based in an agricultural district and many of our students come from farms. Southern Ontario is surrounded by The Great Lakes, Huron to the north, Lake Erie to the South and Lake Ontario to the East. These lakes greatly impact our weather and provide many recreational activities for us. Many of our students enjoy playing hockey, soccer and horseback riding.
We are very fortunate to have a technology classroom with a Smartboard and a computer for every student. Our student blogs will be a focus from the end of September on so please check some of them out as we participate in the Edublogs’ Student Blog Challenge; share some comments with us as we learn.
